Your AI strategy through narrative fiction

Narra uses corporate fiction to help management teams bring "order to the chaos of AI" and clarify their priorities before discussing use cases or technical solutions.

During a workshop, you’ll explore plausible futures for your AI-powered business, and then develop a clear strategy for what AI should—and shouldn’t—do for you.

Unprecedented technological pressure is weighing on leaders

But AI strategies sometimes underestimate the potential of the technology.

A BCG study indicates that "most companies are aiming too low, prioritizing smaller-scale, productivity-focused initiatives. Leading companies allocate more than 80% of their AI investments to redesigning key functions and inventing new offerings."

“Withthe ongoing expansion of the computing power used by AI, it is up to business leaders to practice challenging their mental models in order to create surprises.

In a world where the only limits to what is possible are those of the imagination, this ability could quickly become the primary condition for success.”
— François Candelon

With Narra, let's project your company into the near future thanks to AI and narrative fiction.

What is AI design fiction?

AI design fiction is revolutionizing the way companies anticipate their future. This approach combines generative artificial intelligence and narrative foresight to create strategic narratives that concretely explore possible futures for your organization.

Strategic design fiction transforms your challenges into immersive speculative business fiction. These stories feature realistic protagonists—your managers, customers, competitors—evolving in plausible future contexts (2027, 2030, 2035).

How does corporate design fiction work?

A blue illuminated sign with the neon inscription "Nothing is impossible" to illustrate the virtue of AI design fiction and narrative foresight.

The method consists of three key steps:

1. Contextual analysis

We analyze your company, your industry, your strategic challenges, and your ambitions to identify the critical variables that will shape your future.

2. AI-generated stories

Artificial intelligence creates multi-perspective AI strategic narratives, exploring different scenarios (optimistic, challenging, transformational) through characters embodying your real stakeholders.

3. Strategic activation

These corporate futurescenarios become tools for dialogue: they reveal blind spots, challenge certainties, and create a common language for discussing the future.

Why use forward-looking storytelling?

Prospective storytelling has a unique power: it disarms resistance, stimulates the imagination, and makes uncertainty navigable. Rather than asserting "this is what will happen" (which is impossible), speculative fiction proposes "this is what could happen if..." This nuance transforms strategic planning into collective exploration.

Design fiction vs. traditional foresight

A hand holds a light bulb with a visible filament against a pastel sky with shades of pink, orange, and blue.

AI-driven narrative foresight does not replace market research or financial analysis. It complements them by bringing data to life, giving form to abstract trends, and making what is often purely conceptual emotionally tangible.

Corporate design fiction is the missing tool in your strategic arsenal: the one that transforms vision into shared experience.

A 4-step process

  • Step 1

Analysis of your business based on explicit and implicit signals drawn from conversations with your teams

  • Step 2

Creation of fictional business stories (short stories) that depict your AI-driven organization through the eyes of three narrators

  • Step 3

Reading, analyzing, and rewriting fiction. Group discussion during a workshop, brainstorming through consensus or rejection, and developing an AI strategic vision

  • Step 4

Debriefing and development of AI vision elements, AI strategic plan

Why Narra?

  • ...which does not yet exist. Projecting ourselves into 2030 with AI goes beyond the usual frameworks. Technical possibilities are evolving so rapidly that it is becoming difficult to visualize concretely what an organization could become. Narra uses narrative fiction to make these futures tangible and debatable.

  • ...through shared experience. Creating a shared direction requires more than frameworks and presentations. Everyone envisions the impact of AI differently: opportunity, threat, simple tool. Fiction creates a shared experience: by imagining concrete scenarios together, organizations collectively discover the future they want to build.

  • The invisible. Cultural resistance, secret hopes, unspoken tensions: these human dimensions escape conventional analysis. By telling the story of a consultant who multiplies his impact thanks to AI, or a female executive who questions her company's identity, fiction makes the invisible visible and transforms foresight into a lively debate.

  • …strategy and storytelling. Narra combines the in-depth contextual analysis, structured methodology, and actionable deliverables of AI strategy consulting with fiction's ability to embody, project, and engage. A space where we not only analyze the present, but write possible futures to help organizations choose the one they want to build.
